How to post a reply or new topic.

Go to the area you wish to post in usually this weeks posts for Men or Women
Select Add Topic from the button at the top of the screen
Insert the title of your post and a description if you wish,
Add the desired text in your message box.
If you wish to add a pic to the post, use the browse box
located below the text input area, select your image and
click the post button.
To add extra pics use the reply button in your post and
follow the above instructions.

(Images are restricted to one per Post/Reply and a size of 120k or less.)
